Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a production process of compound vulcanizing agent and its product. It is mainly characterized by that heating and dissolving stearic acid, adding accelerating agent, containing C7H5NS2, C14H8N2S4, C6H12N2S4, C6H2N4, C13H13N3, C13H16N2S2 and S and activating agent containing zinc oxide and active zinc oxide, uniformly stirring and mixing them into solid mixture, pulverizing said solid mixture, sieving and further pulverizing, and in the course of pulverization discharging gas and cooling to obtain the invented product. According to the different applications of said vulcanizing agent the accelerating agent and activating agent can be added in different ratio, and its formulation is convenient. The invented product can be extensively in the fields of rubber industry and plastic industry.
