Abstract:
     It is a novel thickener playing a role in adhesion increase, gelation and resistance reduction. It is used in operating liquid during water-based pressure cracking and acidulating operations in all the oil and gas wells for petroleum and natural gas exploring and developing. This invention is realized by a chemical modification of the plant taro powder, esp. used for the pressure cracking and acidulating operations with the advantages of a small quantity used, high viscosity, shear resistance, low filtrate loss, reduced residues, minimum harm, better temp. resistance, material availability and low cost, shown as positive effects for improving the operating quality of pressure cracking and acidulating in the oil and gas wells.
