     This invention is about the method of producing the Desert Wormwood gum and its by products by dry process. After the raw material being screened, selected to dispose of the inpurities, strained and washed with alcohol, ground and pressed to degum, and seperating the plasm of gum and purifying it, the powder-like fellowish white Desert Wormwood gum is obtained. After the degummed mass being inactivated, degreased, decolorized, precipitated, ground and screened, the by-products-Desert Wormwood protein powder, bran and oil-are produced. This invention can keep the natural physical and chemical properties of Desert Wormwood gum and lower the production cost.
