Abstract:
     The present inventoin relates to a responsive stepper motor. Without changing other parameters of motor, calculating the magnetic field and finding out electromagnetic torque are carried out, and then the tooth shapes of stator and rotor are subjected to optimizing under the condition that the electromagnetic torque is regarded as objective function, and thereby the conclusion is that the tooth of stator and rotor generating the man, electromagnetic torque is of eight-sided shape: the tooth top is of isosceles trapezoid the middle portion is of rectangle and the tooth root portion is of isosceles trapezoid. With this kind of tooth shape, the performance of the responsive stepper motor will be extremely raised. This kind ofeight-sided tooth may also be used in magnetoresistive synchronous motor, inductor type motor, permanent magneto responsive stepper motor, straight-line motor and plane motor.
