Abstract:
     This invention refers to a new method for producing sodium carboxymethyecellulose with straw. At present, it is made from short cotton velvet as raw material, which is hard to obtain and high in cost. The invention uses rice straw, corn-chop, plant straw as feedstock, making sodium carboxymethylcellulose by heap storage, pretreatment, cutting, presoaking, steam cooking, carding washing, bleaching, stoving, alkalization, etherification, washing, stoving, and grinding. The raw material of this method is easy to obtain and low in cost.
