Abstract:
     The lower carboxylic acid (citric acid, malic acid or acetic acid) is added into the lower alcohol (ethyl alcohol) dehydrated solvent and to apply a multi-extracting method, so that the product can be white colored and doesn't change for a long time. The product is without fish flavour and numbed taste. In particular, it greatly raises the product pureness. The said process is low cost, its operation is simplified and its extraction rate is high.
