Abstract:
     This invention is suitable for production of corn starch in the expansion plant of old mills, in medium and small mills as well as in township mills. The said invention is a modification procoss of tractitional separation technique by chute. It adopts a combined process by using multistage swirler with micro-swirl tubes and chute to accomplish the operations of separation-resoparation-recovery. Thus, the complete separation of starch and protein can be achieved. Using this technology, not only the yield of corn starch can be increased significantly and the conditions of sanitation improved, but also the capital costs of installations can be lowered, the floor space of equipments is decreased and the production cost is lowered.
