Abstract:
     The pectin is prepd. by following steps: pulverized fruit is macerated with cold acidic water, treated with autoclave, adjusted to a definite pH value with base, purified by organic alcohol and ion-exchange resin for several times. The plasma substitute is prepd. by adding inorganic salt, glucose and water for injection to said pectin. It has advantages of good water solubility, no limitation of blood group, no side effect.
