Abstract:
     The invention is related to high polymer technique. The modified corn starch is suitable for plaster with paper surface and papermaking industry. The aqueous solution of oxidant in the ratio of one to fifteen is atomized, reacted with corn starch and then pasted. The product is prepared. Comparing with present technique investment is less, equipment is simple, cost is low, solubility is high, binding strength is high, migration is proper. It is antiseptic and without chlorine or sodium.
