Abstract:
     This invention relates to a post-extraction technology of xanthan gum ferment liquor. A certain quantities of complex whose general formula is R1 R2>NH.HW are put into xanthan gum ferment liquor at a certain temp. Going through stiring for a definite time and filtering, filtered cake is eluted by eluting agent (low-carbon alcohol or ketone) and its pH value is regulated. Going through secondary filtering, a product is obtained from the filtered cake by drying it.
