Abstract:
     Process of extracting hayluronic acid from pork skin involves hair removing, scraping off fat, mincing, adding distilled water and neutral protease (0.8-1 million enzyme unit/ 1 kg pork skin ), enzymolysis temp. 30-50 deg. C, 6-8hr. , PH6-8.5, filting the enzymatic liquid with metal filter screen, vacuum concentration, adding antiseptics. The process is in simple, without using organic solvent, cutting down the cost. The product is beneficial to skin because it contains natural amino acid and hydrolyzadle proteinwhich is necessary for cosmetics.
