Abstract:
     The present invention provides a preparation method of low alkali cellulose ratio viscose with viscose short staple and its matchable low-acid spinning process. It is characterized by that the preparation of viscose uses the technological process of steeping-pressing-secondary steeping-secondary pressing-crushing-ageing etc.. Its secondary steeping is implemented in the steeping pail by use of long bath, and its spinning uses the low-acid high-salt spinning process, and the related parameters of secondary steeping alkali liquid and spinning acid bath are regulated newly. The present invention not only is short in technological process, simple in equipment, easy for industrialization of production, but also can reduce consumption, raise product quality and have the good practical value.
