Abstract:
     The invention uses membrane separation technique to separate and purify haw pectin and juice simultaneously, at first, superfiltering is used to separate 99% pectin from the haw soaking liquor, then pectin solution is concentrated to a condensed liquid with concentration about 3%. After spray-drying, the coagulation degree of the pectin powder is above 180, the yield is about 3% of the fruit pulp. When the filtrate is concentrated, a 20-25 BX condensed haw juice can be obtained. The said haw juice has preserved original special flavour of the haw and the colour of anthocyanin which is very easy to degrade, and features long expiry period.
