Abstract:
     This invention provides a technique for producing health tonic. The said technique uses mycelium from cultivated Ganoderma lucidum after picking layer of tubes, and so the cost is greatly lowered; it uses protein polysaccharide directly precipitated from non-concentrated or concentrated extract by adding acid directly so that the investment of equipment is economized, the technology is simplified, and the energy consumption is lowered. Furthermore, the product produced by the acidic precipitation method has good quality, contains protein polysaccharide as high as over 95%. It passesses significant economic and social benefits.
