Abstract: |
|||
| The mycelium of hericium erinaceus which is planted artificially and whose sporophore has been removed is used as raw material to produce proteoglycan with low cost. Acid is directly added in the extractive liquid which may be concentrated or not to directly settle proteoglycan, so featuring saving investment for equipment, simple technology and low energy consumption. The product has high quality and high proteoglycan content up to over 95%. | |||
