Abstract:
     There is provided a production method for sponge of biological use, in which crust amine is dissolved in acetic acid solution according to 1-2% weight proportion, after stirring to form a kind of gelatin, adding fish glue protein liquor, whose amount is 0.4-0.6 times of that of the former, then adding crustine and glycerin respectively according to 1-3% weight proportion of the total gelatine, after foaming, adding formaldehyde to solidify, then washing off the formaldehyde. The product can be sliced and sterilized for storage. The said sponge can be used to apply on wound. It is soft, non-toxic and compatible with human tissue.
