Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a preparation method of polysaccharide phosphate ester (i.e. starch phosphate ester or fine giantarum meal phosphate ester). Firstly the starch or fine giantarum meal is placed in an esterification reactor, and then a spraying device is used to spray the phosphate whose concentration is more than 50% to the starch or fine giantarum meal for esterification at 100-160 deg.C for 1-5 h. with esterification substitution degree of more than 0.02 to obtain polysaccharide phosphate ester. Said method has the advantages of simple and easy technological process, low raw material and energy consumption, less equipment investment, and high productivity.
