Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a kind of selenium holoside and it's preparation method. Selenium holoside is a combination substance of selenium and holoside with a selenium content of more than 400 microgram/gram. The process is as follows: selenium-enriched yeast extracting separating adding alkali and homogenizing neutralizing concentrating adding alcohol for sedimenting refining product. Extracting is done in a reaction kettle, separating in centrifugal machine, adding alkali and homogenizing in homogenizer. During neutralizing pH value is 8-10, after standing still, the clear liquor obtained from separating is concentrated at reduced pressure, alcohol is added to it, after sedimenting it is baked to obtain semifinished product, and purified further to obtain finished product.
