Abstract:
     By using the double genus interval group having covalent conjunct preperty and having the advantage of purification of conjunct agent, polysaccharide is conjoined with immunogen bacterial membrane protein or other protein to prepare the agent. The agent is a useful conponent for the bacterial vaccine. The invention relates to the process for preparing the polysaccharide, protein and conjunct agent and can prove the process of covalent bond between polysaccharide and protein.
