Abstract:
     The present invention provides a purification method for protein. This method can make protein purificatory by use of column chromatography in the presence of hydration additive selected from sugar, polyhydroxy-alcohol, amino acid and salt and under the condition of that the additive concentration is enough to remarkably increase, at least, one of recovery, purity and resolution of above pratein recovered from column.
