| The dry or wet chrysalides of Chinese silkworm, tussah or castor plant silkworm containing rich protein are shelled and put into water loving organic solvent with low boilling point to precipitate protein. The white and stinkingless protein of the chrysalides can be obtd. after repeatly washing, degreasing, dewatering and destinking. This method is a time-save and simple technology, especially no acid pollutant water is discharged. Since the composition of amino acid in this protein produced is harmonious, this protein has many application, such as to be a food intenstier etc.. | |||
