Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a method of extracting silk fibroin powder from broken silkworm cocoon as raw material which is first impregnated with hydrogen peroxide solution to extract silk fibroin and then hydrolyzed into silk fibrom, extracted with alcohol twice, vaccum filtered for three times, diried at constant temperature, crashed, and sieved through 120 mesh. The final silk fibroin powder thus obtained finds wide use in the field of domestic chemical and pharmceutical industries.
