Abstract:
     This invention is a method for purifying superoxide disproportionated enzyme, in which an unfreezing technique is used to rupture the membrane of erythrocyte for increasing the yield of superoxide disproportionated enzyme. By using ultrafiltration technique to balance and concentrate the solution containing superoxide disproportionated enzyme, the period of its technological process can be shortened and the buffer solution of potassium phosphate can be saved a lot. In this method, a commonly used step to wash by pig blood is omitted, so the period of its technological process is greatly shortened; and an immediate concentration eluting process is used to ensure the purity of superoxide disproportionated enzyme. Therefore, the method has following advantages: short period, high yield, low cost and simple process. It is suitable for producing the superoxide disproportionated enzyme in batches.
