Abstract:
     The activator bradykinin can be changed into bradykinin antagonist when aromatic acid or similitude of D-type armatic acid is substituted for peptide hormone bradykinin or seventh priority of other substitutional similitude. The invention comprises also other variation in novel bradykinin antagonist for seventh priority. The resistance to enzyme, efficacy of antagonist and/or character of novel bradykinin antagonist are improved by them. The preparatory similitudes are used to treat the disease of person and mammal due to excessive growth of bradykinin or the bite of insect.
