Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a method for extracting albumen from animal's blood by using precipitation method. Said ivnention uses animal blood serum (blood plasma), and adds 95% ethyl alcohol, and makes them pass through such processes as stirring and filtering so as to obtain a filtrate, and then to the filtrate, a precipitant and a stabilizer are added to separate albumin and gamma globulin, and then the precipitant is removed, and then the above-mentioned materials are passed through the process of equilibrium dialysis, so that the albumin and gamma globulin can be obtained, and their yields respectively are 3.0-3.6% and 2.95-3.3%, and their total content is over 80%. The albumen made up by using said invention can be used for producing oral liquor, tablet and capsule.
