Abstract:
     A kind of cell growth hormone is provided in this invention. It is the extractive of metabolite of staphylococcus aureus Xie, which has the sterile blood plasma agglutinative enzyme as main component together with protein, polypeptide, and various amino acids such as ornithine, cystine etc. The prepn. of this cell growth hormone is provided too. It takes pig's myocardium, protein peptone and sodium chloride aq. soln. to prepare culture medium, and the vaccine is cultured under 37 deg.c for 48 hrs. in order to extract the sterile metabolite directly. The said hormone shows obvious curative effect on slow-healed and disunion fracture, and ulcer as well.
