     It relates to the unitary substance or mixt. of L-asparagine-alanine, serine and glycine dipeptide ester, acylamide sweetening agent, and prepn. thereof. The prod. is obtd. by taking D-or DL-serine and glycine, or D or DL-aspartic acid as raw materials through various process of synthesizing peptide. Comparing with the current edible dipeptide sweetening substance aspartate, it is more stable, free of toxicity low in prod. cost, and its sweetness is 400-600 times of that of cane sugar, and possesses different flavour. All its incorresponding isomers are free of bitter taste.
