Abstract: |
|||
| In the method of the present invention, blood from human and animals is used as starting material, applying "anti-coagulation-blood cell washing-haemolysis-removing haemoglobin by adding ethanol and trichloromathane-separating ethanol and trichloromethane by vacuum distillation-adjusting acid and base number to equivalent potential point-cold acetone precipitation-acetone dehydration-ether vacuum drying" procedures to extract disproportionated superoxidase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) from erythrocyte, leucocyte and platelet simultaneously, thus reduces losses in total SOD activity, and maintains various low molecular antioxidants (e.g. Se, cystine, cysteine) and various vitamins, microelements, and amino acids, etc. The present SOD compound enzyme can be used in medicine and additives of food and cosmetics. | |||
