Abstract:
     Pulping black liquor as raw material is first acidified to pH value of 5~9. Then a catalyst is added and the reaction is carried out for 24~78 hours at 15~30 deg.C to get the intermediate. The intermediate continues to react with another nitrogen-containing monomer in the presence of catalyst at 15~30 deg.C to synthesize protein. By using this invention, the organic materials in pulping black liquor are synthesized into usable protein, thus large amount of valuable resource is recovered and the environmental pollution by black liquor is prevented.
