Abstract: |
|||
| According to the process, alcohol replaces acetone for complexation, that is, 95% alcohol and the solution of 2 6N hydrochloric acid are added to erythrocyte liquid whose amount is 0.2 that of alcohol to make hemoglobin hydrolyze for the separation of heme and modified protein. The modified protein is removed by filter and the heme is crystallized after alkalization of heme liquid and addition of sodium acetate. through filter, coarse product of heme is obtained, which is then purified to gain refined heme product. | |||
