Abstract:
     Ginseng root is used as raw material in joint production technology of ginseng total polypeptide, ginseng total polysaccharide and ginseng total polysaponin. Different concentration of alcohol solution (at PH=8) and macroporous mixed resin adsorbtion method are used for separation of ginseng total polypeptide, ginseng total polysaccharide and ginseng total polysaponin, which achieves a new technology for separation of the three kinds of materials. Said technology is simple, pratical, non-pollution, and low production cost, which provides a new way to extract these materials.
