Abstract:
     The extraction method of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) from induced apoblema includes two steps of primary extraction of liquid of HCG and extraction of HCG finished product. The advantages of HCG extracted by use of this method are that its raw material is easily available, easily recoverable , the extraction method is simple, HCG content is high, and 1-1.3 million IU HCG can be extracted from ten induced apoblemae.
