Abstract:
     This invention relates to a method to prepare a biological anticancer drugs from the blood or spleen of pig or sheep (goat). Its principal synergist is IL-2. Its preparing process includes such steps as preparing cell suspension from the fresh spleen of pig or sheep (goat) by aseptic operation or taking the fresh anticoagulant blood of pig or sheep (goat), inhibition of bacterium, separation of lymphocyte, addition of mitogen, culture of cells, purification, taking the protein portion whose molecular weight is 10-50 thousands daltons and making water injection or frozen dry powder. This invention has advantages of high anticancer effect, low cost and multi-factor synergism.
