     The present invention relates to a process to prepare beta-hydramide. Its technological steps include the reaction of hydroxyalkylester on alkanolamine under the control of reaction temp, removing alcohols by-products, controlling the temp of reaction mixture to form pasty matter, maintaining the pasty matter and recovery of solid hydroxy-acid group.
