Abstract:
     The present invention refers to a process for simultaneous renaturation and purification of denatured protein, esp. a method for one-step complete removal of denaturant and simultaneous renaturation, separation and purification of multiple denatured proteins. It is characterized by selecting filler, which has strong holding ability to the denatured protein but has no holding or weak holding ability to the denaturant, to hold the denatured protein on the column bed packed with the said filler, and selecting proper proportion of moving phase as holding agent, renaturant and eluent to separate denaturant, heteroprotein and renatured protein.
