Abstract:
     According to this invention, the fresh liver of healthy dairy bull is used as raw material. The technological steps to extract hepatic cell growth factor include flushing with salt solution, cutting and pounding to pieces, heating at 95-100 deg. C for 30 minutes, primary filtering, treatment in centrifuger for 30 minutes, taking supernatant liquid, ultrafilering twice, sterilization, freeze drying and quality test. The product has obvious cure effect to such diseases as major, chronic, or serious jaundice-type hepatitides, and cirrhosis.
