Abstract:
     The invention is the utilization of the expressive system of colibacillus to express part of DNA of the nuclear antigen of hepatitis C virus (HCV). The protein expressed by heat induction can be uniformly recognized by the serum of most patients with non-A and non-B hepatitis, but not so by that of healthy people. The diagnostic results of hepatitis C by use of this antigen protein is more satisfactory than by use of other test solution. The prepared antigen protein can also lower the false negative reaction. The antigen protein prepd. by this invention is used as a good test reagent for checking hepatitis C.
