Abstract:
     This invention features that two-step ultrafiltration technique is used to intercept polypeptide component with molecular wt. of 8000 dalton, and cell crushing, slurry homogenization and heating with water bath are completed simultaneously. This method overcomes the defects of low concentration of polypeptide, low yield in mfg. and oversensitive reaction in use of medicine in the existing production technique. The present medicine is particularly suitable for the clinical first-aid of severe disease of hepatitis or curing the chronic active type hepatitis.
