Abstract:
     The present invention belongs to the preparation of agglutinin and its application. It is aimed at that jackfruit seeds produced in the Hainan Island is used as raw material, the Sepharose 4 B affinity column is used to purify HN Jacalin, and HN Jacalin-Sepharose 4 B affinity column is prepared to purify SIgA in breast milk and IgA in normal human serum and patient's hydrothorax and ascitic fluid. The hemagglutination activity of HN Jacalin purified by the said technology is 0.056 micrograms/ml, and protein activity per microgram is 17858. The SIgA and IgA purified according to the invention can be used as clinical medicines and biochemical reagents.
