     A combined production technology of "snake poison thrombin" and "defibrease" includes such technological steps as dissolving snake poison, column-chromatographic separation of coarse product, column-chromatographic purification to obtain refined solution of the product, desalting to obtain primary liquid, and making finished product for injection. Its advantages are high productivity and low cost. The product is suitable for thrombosis and hemorrhagic disease.
