Abstract:
     The present invention provides a new compound for curing male impotence. Said compound belongs to a vasoactive intestinal peptide (VP) and VIP7-28, VIP16-28 sheet (in which its natural amino acid sequence is modified by using other natural or non-natural amino acid to substitute any of 5, 17 and 19 site amino acid residue), and they have at least one terminal lipophilic group. The modified VIp sequence and fragment are prepared by means of conventional peptide chain assembling method. Said new compount and composite containing it are suitable for skin-penetrating application.
