| The said extraction process includes defatting, grinding of chrysalis into milk, separation, protein extraction, centrifugal protein separation in centrifugal machine, concentration, vacuum and H2O2 deoderization and desiccation. The silkworm chrysalis powder thus produced has high protein content, low ash content and low fat content. Supplement in the process, including NaOH and water, may be reused for lowering cost. | |||
