Abstract:
     By using the traditional Chinese medicine Rhizoma diascoreae hypoglaucae total saponin or dry tuber of Dioscorea collettii var hypoglauca as raw material and through one or several extraction processes of solvent extraction, resin adsorption, positive column extraction, netative column extraction, etc. and one drying process of concentration drying, freeze drying, spray drying, etc. and Rhizoma diascoreae hypoglaucae total saponin is prepared. The said total saponin prepared is used as active anticarcinogen component, which is combined with proper vehicle to prepare various preparation from to treat various cancers.
