Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a method for extracting soybean saponin from defatted soybean cake. Said method includes the following steps: using defatted soybean cake as raw material, adopting ethyl alcohol extraction and n-butanol and water phase redistribution to obtain crude saponin, then making the obtained crude saponin undergo the processes of macroporous resin column adsorption, water and ethyl alcohol elution, concentration and spray-drying so as to obtain the soybean saponin powder. Said invention is simple and convenient in technological process, low in cost, can effectively remove protein and polysaccharides, raise purity of saponin, and can be extensively used in the fields of light industry, food and pharmaceutic industry.
