Abstract:
     The production method of ginseng hairy root and ginseng saponin by using hairy root agrobacterium A4 strain to induct exroot planting of ginseng includes the following steps: taking exroot planting body of ginseng, adding hairy root agrobacterium A4 strain salution on the cut surface of root, dark culturing, cutting off the hairy root grown on the infacted position, sterilizing, tying the induced and sterilized hairy root in the MS liquid culture medium containing no hormone to make culture, propagating lots of hairy root system, subculturing excised haing root clone, cultaring lots of ginseng hairy roots and extracting ginseng saponin from ginseng hairy root. Said method is simple, pratical, can make large-scale production of ginseng saponin.
