Abstract:
     Sporophore of caterpillar fungus is processed through stoving, grinding, extraction, concentration, silica-gel column chromatography to separate the active component, which features the obvious inhibiting activity to thromodocyte coagulation induced by platelet activating factor. The active component is then purified through separation and recrystallization in eluant comprising different solvant. The medical application of the present invention includes inhibiting thromodocyte coagulation induced by platelet activating factor and improving the lung function of late-stage asthma.
