Abstract:
     This invention relates to a method to synthesis the sucrose fatty acid ester (abbrev. SE) in solvent. It is prepared through combining fatty acid with simple-alcohol into fatty acid ester, then in present of a catalyst, under the condition of normal pressure and below 100 deg.C, providing sucrose to replace simpl-alcohol in propylene glgcol. The SE content of finished products attained above 85%. In which monoester is the main component. The conversion rate of fatty acid ester is above 80%. This process is simple and reasonable, as well as suitable to mass production.
