Abstract:
     The present invention relates to the production method of natrii gluconas by using glucose as raw material and using catalytic oxidization method. The present invention uses mixed Pd-Pb catalyst instead of the pure Pt or Pd noble metallic catalyst used previously to catalytically oxidize the alkaline solution. The ratio of catalyst to glucose by weight is 0.006-0.01 to 1. The atom ratio of Pt to Pb in the catalyst is 1 to 2. Because of the great specific gravity of Pb, the catalyst is easy to be separated from the reaction solution, so as to avoid the loss of noble metal Pt. The volume coefficient of jet reactor used in the present invention may reach 1.33 at least.
