Abstract:
     The process is of separating sagamicin, micronomicin, Kw-1062 and XK-62-2 by means of macro reticular polymeric adsorbent. The art comprises such separation processes as feeding, elution and enrichment of the reaction solution. It is characterized by its simple operation, short separation period, high yield (may reach as high as 25%). Choroform in the prior art is substituted by ammonia water and ethyl alcohol, therefore it is much more cheaper in cost. Berides, macroreticular polymer adsorbent is available on domestic market.
