Abstract:
     This invention is a productive technology of the saponin of gynostemma-laxum. In the invention, a number of the whole gynostemma-laxums are cut into small pieces, then immersed into water or alcohol, and heated to extract three times. The three parts of extracted liquor are merged together. The alcohol is recovered and the residual matter is condensed into a state of liquid extract. After cooled, it is added with alcohol until the deposition does not occur any langer. Going through filtering, condensing and dring, a coarse general saponin of gynostemma-laxum is obtained. The above descrided alcohol solution solving the liquid extract goes through such processes as decolouring by activated carbon, refiltering, condensing and decompressing for drying to obtain a fine saponin of gynostemma-laxum. Both processings of non-ion adsorptive resin and aluminium oxide ore omitted in the invention, so its cost is decreased, its working process is simplified and gainable ratio is increased.
